Davidov Architects is a Melbourne-based residential architecture and interiors studio. On the Mornington Peninsula, we begin with light, shelter, and orientation. Nestled close to Melbourne yet seemingly a world away, the Mornington Peninsula remains a place of contrast and relief. Rural and coastal conditions sit side by side. Big sky, strong horizons, and the weight of landscape shape how a home should feel, not just how it should look.

Whether perched on the hills of Red Hill and Main Ridge or set into the coastal edges of Sorrento and St Andrews Beach, the Peninsula demands a careful relationship between comfort and openness. Outlook is valuable, but so is privacy. Light is abundant, but it needs calibration. Shelter is never decorative here. It is the foundation of atmosphere.
