DC Residence is a new family home on a sloping site in Ivanhoe. The house is organised around a central circulation spine that mediates the split levels. This creates an internal courtyard and a one-and-a-half-height living and dining space.
Project Architect: Lewis Orgar
The main bedroom captures city views, while restrained brickwork recalls the area’s strong mid-century architectural legacy.
